We ship worldwide. Delivery time depends on several factors such as your proximity to either one of our distribution centers, date of purchase, holiday season, the courier used, and the accuracy of delivery details provided. However, international orders should be received within 10 business days.

Orders within Zambia

ORDER WITHIN KITWE & LUSAKA

Upon confirmation of online payment, your product/s will be ready for collection from our Kitwe or Lusaka store and delivered to you within 1-3 hours. We deliver your orders locally via our trusted logistics partners who will contact you directly regarding your order.

OTHER CITIES/TOWNS

Upon receipt of online payment, your product/s will be ready for delivery from our Lusaka or Kitwe Warehouse and delivered to you within 2-5 business days. We deliver your orders via our trusted logistics partners who will contact you directly regarding your order.

AFRICA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Upon receipt of online payment, your product/s will be ready to ship within 5-7 business days after order processing which usually takes about 2 days. Thereafter your order will be shipped via DHL, FEDEX or USPS Priority Mail. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as it ships and you can begin tracking your products.
