Local delivery takes approximately 2 – 4hours while out of town delivery takes approximately 2-3 working days. Local delivery refers to orders placed within Lusaka and Kitwe provided products are available at your local store.

We offer several beauty services at our Kitwe store only.

Hairstyling/braiding, manicure, pedicure, makeup application, eyebrow tinting and makeup classes.

 YES! You can place a pre-order for any item that we do not have avaiable on the website. 

Pre-Order process:-

To pre-order an item, please confirm availability, pay 50% deposit and agree to the wait time which depends on the item pre-orderd. Please contact us on WhatsApp to place a pre-order (+12109299175)

Our specialised team are available from 8:00AM to 6:00PM everyday Monday – Sunday.

However, you can place online orders 24/7 and they will be processed during working hours. 

YES! We do ship worldwide through Fedex, DHL, UPS or your prefered shipping method.

Yes, a receipt will be sent directly to the email address provided on file.

Don’t worry! We understand that buying makeup online can be hectic but we are here to help you. If you do not know your shade you can do one of the following things;

  • use findation.com to input your known foundation shade of any brand and it will populate your shade in different brands
  • Call one of our beauty advisors and she will be gladly help you shade match online however, you should be open to sending us an unedited picture of yourself that we can use

Our products are 100% authentic and are sourced directly from the manufacturers.

YES! We do offer discounts during our SALE periods which are structured frequently throughout the year. However, if we do not have a sale, we do not offer discounts unless otherwise stated.
