About Us

My name is Kuzipa Kapayi & I am the brains of Allure Sensi (AS). My family and I have lived in the United States of America for the past 15 years where I am currently pursuing my PhD in Environmental Enginneeing.

In 2018, I was awarded a global grant scholarship to persue my Masters Degree in Environmental Engeering anywhere in the world of which I chose to attend the Copperbelt University. This was a great opportunity for me to come back home & relearn my Zambian culture while understanding current environmental challenges.

During my 2 year program, one of my non-academic challenges was finding skincare & bodycare products hence the birth of Allure Sensi. AS began out of frustration because I couldn’t find a store that housed authentic yet affordable beauty products in Kitwe.

I decided to supply some of my favorite skincare and makeup products from the US, UK & Korea to friends and family who have now become loyal customers. This led to an official launch in March 2021 as an online store which grew & allowed us to open our first physical store in January 2022 (Kitwe). Amid several unexpected challenges, we made progress and opened our second store in Lusaka (July 2022). We are steadily working on expanding AS to reach every Zambian & beyond. One of my goals is to ensure that women gain the confidence they need to conquered the world.
